When my wife worked for Mattel, the hot wheels engineers either got the vehicle on site to measure or got a full set of drawings, so the hotwheels car was as exacting scale model and they prided their reproduction. Problem is:. What did tesla provide for what version?

Yes, the great, unanswered questions!
I'll have to wait like everyone else for the remedy.

CYBERTRUCK @ 8-inch 'HIGHWAY' ground clearance
This video of John's contains the schematic drawing of CYBERTRUCK as it will appear on the highway.
All the media coverage has failed to portray the truck in its most efficient aerodynamic configuration.

It hasn't been looking good for a while.
Everyone beat tesla to market with their own electric truck.
They Aptera'ed it. Kicked the can down the road till the market was gone. Which is a shame because tesla seems fully capable of building it, unlike Aptera.

I don't think all the manufacturers combined are fulfilling truck EV demand. Then there's the fact that some would prefer the Tesla iteration.
...and isn't the tooling being installed somewhere already?

I think it boils down to price points. What will the Cybertruck offer that one can't get in a more conventional looking design for the same money? Seems like not much, and you can bet the cost of it will have gone up 15-20% if they ever deliver any.

How much for a buller-proof conventional truck?
