I seriously doubt that is going to be part of the package in the end without a significant cost increase. (And nothing is really bullet proof against the right bullet.)

My preference is the SS so I don't have to worry about scratching the paint as I push through brush on logging roads.

There's always a bigger boolet.

I like the idea of eliminating paint. Forever.

B-b-but Shouty said asking people to get off the waiting list if they weren't interested meant they will never make them.

We sang Amazing Grace and everything.

I have seen old armored pickups and SUVs with bad engines or transmissions starting at $6,000 to $10,000, then running one for tens of thousands.

Personally, I'll wait for the official release, and data from reputable sources.
This video, as so many, has a certain odor.

What I really enjoy is having been able to watch the Gigafactory that will produce the Cybertruck rise out of a brownfield. Jeff Roberts recaps that at the beginning of everry video:

Coincidentally, the most recent video mentions the Cybertruck in the title. Elon Musk and Mark Fronmayer agree -- the factory is 10x as hard as the product.

I wonder why they spiked the Australian market?
That was set to be their #3 biggest market by number of orders.

A 2014 Ram was .360 with mirrors and wipers not present on this Cybertruck simulation. So better than "most" pickups, but I doubt most pickups in 2023.
