The only date format that sorts correctly is ISO: 2020-09-07.
Fachsenfeld coined the term to describe : ' the ratio of the vehicle's aft-body, to that of the vehicle's actual body height ' ( not to be confused with a vehicle's overall height above the ground plane).
It is the centerpiece of ' KAMM's' automotive drag research at the FKFS.

I've got this really weird notion that none of those is a great outcome for car modifiers.

So while I can be bothered to continue doing so, I will call out misinformation being posted - from Aerohead or anyone else.
To quote someone that replied to my comment after yours. “Who died and made you grand poobah?”

You are not the end all be all in determining what others believe. You may be a highly regarded expert in your field, but when you disagree with someone you communicate it in a very rude and condescending manner. It wasn’t much of a surprise to recently learn of you being permanently banned from insight central due to similar behavior there. My grandmother had a saying “those that do what they have always done will get what they have always got”. Seems like you make it a habit of being banned on forums.

Who died and made you Grand Poobah?

It's a messy process but I don't want either of them muzzled. And I'm sure the mods appreciate the traffic it generates.

Eventually the process will equilibirate and we'll be left with two cranky old coots. Fine by me.
I offered an option, not make a demand. Looks like the grand poobahs of this forum agreed with me.

You edited out the part in bold.

But, you're up to 24 posts. I withdraw my criticism.

'your book'

What about your book?

I'm leaning toward not reading books (nor arguing on the internet) and just building a vintage-looking version of the Aerodynamic Streamlining Template.
On the back leaf of the books cover, the intended reader which is targeted, is the ' car enthusiast' ( Adrian Gaylord )
and ' non-engineer' ( Professor Joseph Katz )
There's much to be commended for ' Modifying the AERODYNAMICS of Your Road Car.
Mr. Edgar put a lot of effort into the work. And unless one has published, there's no way to understand the effort it entails.
I have taken Mr. Edgar to task with respect to some conclusions which lead to logic-reversals, drawn in the book, especially between page 186 and page 195, however, I do believe in time that this can, and will be resolved.

Obviously crunchy is better. But peanut butter is outdated- almond butter has a better omega-6 to omega-3 ratio.

Have you tried PMing JulianEdgar, in case he had notifications turned on? He still hasn't posted since [Last Activity: 10-14-2020 12:27 PM].

He might appreciate your kind words.
