I had to cut and paste this link to reach the article. Looks good for now, but it will probably cost as much as the best available black paint at over $1000/quart.

That was an un-vetted link, I should have gone with:

Durability may be questioned.

If anyone didn't already think I'm on hard drugs, making my own pigment/ paint will definitely fix that.

When he said it must be protected under plastic, I thought maybe I could use on my crumbly dashboard.

I think I'll stick with the window shaker at least for the initial build. Maybe once this ultra white sky cooling paint becomes commercially available I'll grab a few gallons.

I was able to find a camper manufacturer who builds 4x8 models which made me feel a little more secure in my sizing idea.

Runaway cool camp is constructed of composite which seems to be .75-2" thick Coloplast. I saw a video tour of the interior of a rangerunner (the next larger model) the 4x8 model is 570lb.

There exist ultra-bright white paints that are 95%, not 98.5%.

Citation? Moreso than teardrops or gable roofs, I like the cruck frame. It's a Gothic arch but you could have trolley top and pop-outs. Here's a roll-up half-circle:

And a shepherd trailer (say 7x8, or use a 4x12 sheet)

For the lurkers:

Cruck - Wikipedia
A cruck or crook frame is a curved timber, one of a pair, which support the roof of a building, historically used in England and Wales. This type of timber framing consists of long, generally naturally curved, timber members that lean inwards and form the ridge of the roof.

Truck swing door material is widely available. There's a place down the street from me that stocks it. Here's an example that quotes 49x122" size. One could lop off the front corners to chamfer it like the Cybertruck.
