But I am in need of a cheap mpguino and will attempt to use what this person has done.

Unless somebody has another way of getting a L/100km gauge on an mpguino for free?
Can also use MPGuino the version "t vago" which is fantastic.

A cheap way to to build a MPGuino is to use an Arduino Pro Mini clone (less than 3USD on ebay). A whole MPGuino can be built for around $10 (including postage). I can post a parts list if you are interested. The preassembled MPGuinos are nice and compact, but if you like DIY then using an Arduino is an economical option.

Old Thread bump!

What is wrong with instant fuel consumption display on "mpguino086L_KmAllop.zip" code?

Or nothing is wrong?

I am testing my mpguino on bench running with 170km/h and constant fuel consumption of 20.2 l/100km.
as i understand, Instant consumption should be the same as my long time average - 20.2, but it is not... mpguino shows instant consumption of mysterious 42.7 l/100km...
and instant consumption does not change with different speed and consumption.

My board is with 16mhz xtal and i have changed cyclesperhour to 3600 instead of 4500... thats the only change i made.

should instant reading be like this?
