If you only got p0420 today, I doubt the computer is correcting anything enough to affect MPG.
Ok thank you

Do you have similar experiences with lean burn conditions? I was a little worried at first because I have a cheap(er) O2 sensor. It game me codes and trouble until I figured out my non-OEM exhaust manifold was the problem. Switched back to an OEM setup and LB started working again, codes gone. The only thing now is that my EGR valve is broken. I actually have the connector disconnected from the EGR valve, so another interesting FYI, the LB works without EGR.

Actually the ECU does in fact report target afr and actual afr.

I can pull them up with my Launch Diagun tool.

I also get nothing when trying to program the afr xgauge.

I have had ZERO luck finding someone who has posted any good xgauge codes for our ISO9141 Hondas.

I wish I knew more about binary and crap.

I ended up returning my Scangauge as it was virtually worthless as far as x-gauges go. I can easily see when LB has engaged via the Ultragauge. I don't watch the rear sensor, I watch the front.

Thumbs up HX Lean Burn Video Demo

Video Demonstration

I shot this video on cold night home from work. It demonstrates the different readings for different load conditions. Remember, low load = lean burn. The captions in the video explain what is going on.

This video you posted is no longer there. Is it something you can re-load, I would like to see it.

hi all i am using the torque pro app on my cell phone with the best bluetooth adapter that torque list. with the app i can read out the main lean air fuel sensor voltage in 0.230V to as high as 0.750V on a really cold night. when in lean burn in my 98 civic hx 5 speed i see numbers around 0.420V to 0.472V in normal crusing i range from 0.500V to 0.599V. when wide open throttle i see 0.600V and up. i can also read out a lot of live data and read can clear codes when driveing.
