I'm not here to start a hijack, but the wind storm story (and the chance of being a "bear taco" in the wilderness) leads me to offer this brand as starting comparison. Costs are different upfront (as are capabilities), but FE
may be the same versus roof mount. (An Excursion, OTOH, is easy to pick on. My 1T Dodge pulls my 35' TT at 15+ mpg)
