I was looking at pushing the front fender edge up to the door cutline here, I didn't get into what's fender and what's skirt:

I'm lost.
Would somebody post a pic to explain on what the OP meant by constant camber?

I've started looking at Monokote for this. You can buy large sheets that would save the plugging step of fiberglass.

Here is the skirt i made out of fiberglass for my old Del sol.

The del sol body was really "bulge -y." Simply bolting on a cover on wheel wells would not allow smooth flow. Therefore, i used a coroplast sheet, extended the "leading" edge to contour better with the body....then fiberglassed it.







Unfortunately, i never got around to make the passenger side skirt

Stretch some polyester cloth over a form. I have used wire and and foam as forms. The cloth can be covered with a layer of composite cloth and have epoxy painted on. I got the idea from watching a TV show of someone making speaker enclosures in the back of a car.
