Costco tires - which is most efficient?

Based on this report, I have seen the Michelin Energy MXV4 Plus tires at Costco. They were expensive, though, $100+ per tire.

I used the Green Seal report when I was looking for my tires :

I didn't get the ones in the report because the Continental ContiTouring Contact CH95 didn't come in my tire size.
