Bout half a tank. That information is indeed insightful though. That makes sense.

If the fuel supply is from a rubber hose then it is fairly easy to check. You just reroute the hose to a pressure gauge which has a "T" on it, and another piece of hose which goes back to the fuel system where the supply was originally connected.

I found my return hose kinda lodged in between some stuff, pinching it a little bit. That could easily have caused this. I can't confirm that this fixed it, but it's a good start. I also got a very close look at the wiggle problem. It HAS to be my spindle. That's the only piece of the hub that is not brand new. When I wiggle the wheel, you can see that inner part moving, looking from the engine side. That's a huge pain in the ass because any honda with 23 spline hubs is tricky to find. For the information of future readers, it's on all 1.5l CRXs (HFs only from 2nd gens) and std civics. Everything else has a larger 26 spline outer axle. How does that part even wear out? It doesn't rub up against anything, it's just lodged into the bearing...stupid. Anyone have this part? Gasoline Fumes?

Bearing could have been damaged during installation, which would show movement in the inner hub, spindle. The part you've described isn't a wear part, and shouldn't need to be replaced unless the old bearing damaged it somehow.

Upon even further investigation, I believe you, Chris, are correct. The spindle fits very snugly. The bearing is bad again - must have been damaged in installation or a bad egg to begin with. When I first started driving it after replacing it definitely wasn't vibrating and making the noise it does now. Warantee FTW. I'm gonna have to ask DamageX to use his press again (check your email! ) As a result of this setback, GGP prospects for this project look pretty gloomy. I have less than a week to drive 1000 more miles of break-in, get my kill switch in order, do some aero-modding, and fix any other kinks that come up such as my rear right wheel's camber being visibly off. Hopefully nothing a stack of washers won't fix.

I know I have both sides of the rear with"usable" drum brakes on them, in case you need anything. They're the newer style with solid lower control arms, and the struts that go with them, instead of the style you have, that are stamped sheet metal, where the shock mounts inside.

Are you sure the axle nut was tightened adequately? From a quick google search it looks like it should be 180ft*lbs

And,
Please don't drive the nut on with your impact.
That will damage the bearing.
I know it is a PITA to run those nuts up by hand, but that is the only way to insure your impact doesn't beat up the race.
