Very nice. A little like something MetroMPG once did, but you seem to have equipment that was not available to him. I have daydreamed about this kind of work because I'd like to keep my super-light VX 13" wheels but also improve their aerodynamics without covering the design fully. But not being familiar with the technicals of really precise measurements and shaping, I have not attempted it. Nice work.

My minimum fuel economy goal is 55 mpg while averaging posted speed limits. I generally top 60 mpg. See also my Honda manual transmission specs thread.
