Was the butty real cheese and onion - proper white onions with grated cheese - or those naff things with red onions and mayo ?

Diesel is cheap enough to tempt me to check this tank out, although I have 300+ miles to go on this one.

Le Mans - you lucky... Mind you I am also lucky - 3 weeks ago I was standing in Lorca, Spain*.

*If you do go there - which I recommend - the castle is superb, and they could do with the support.

16 Days until my road trip to the Indy 500, landed a 19 pound Bull Carp, and avoided getting my finger bitten off while trying to unhook the Alligator Snapping Turtle whose shell i managed to snag while fishing for said carp

As of midnight, I'll have gone 1 month without putting fuel in the car. And I still have half a tank! I'm going to try to stretch it to 2 months, but it will be tough.

As for the daily smile? Walking right passed my car and getting on my bike to go to work.

Daily Annoyance? Walking right passed my car and knowing I still have work to do on it, and have no excuse anymore not to.

Engine off coasting for 3-5 km on Austrian highways (Then climbing back up those bl**dy Alps)

Meeting another Pug 307sw owner at a campground and talking about FE:
Him - "When not towing the camping trailer I usually do 1000 km on one tank, so I think that's pretty good."
Me - "Well, I already have 1050 km on this tank, and the onboard computer is estimating another 700 km before I need to fill up."
Him - "" Changes subject.

Fixed my fence today finally and it is solid, also took the opportunity to 'kill' some of my neighbour's untamed jungle which invades our garden quite a bit....

However (off to annoyances thread...)
