For some reason today was just full of smiles, I used no fuel yet did 80 miles (range according to my computer was 240 when I set off, 275 when I arrived and 240 again when I got home). The weather was nice today, low wind speed and not raining for a change. I went to a client with issues and solved most of them, and had a fun time with scones and nice coffee. My phone was quiet, although being in a client meeting and having it off probably helped.
And tomorrow is the last day before I go away on holiday.

It was foggy out, so I could go my perfired speed on the freeway to work today, 52 MPH, min is 55 MPH, but the basic speed law apply s that is , weather can dictate speed. Fog also meant no wind.

I told the Wife that I'll take the rear skirts off for our upcoming trip to Slovenia, mostly because of rumors of how Austrian police supposedly get anal about any less-than-legal thing they find in foreign cars, and how they supposedly try hard to find those things if the car is from Eastern Europe. I don't know how much truth is in those rumors, but I want to reduce my chances of getting stopped. I'm leaving the kammback on though, since it is easier to take off, probably helps more, and most likely is slightly less attention getting than the wheelskirts.
So here is what made me smile: The Wife asks, "Well, maybe we could keep the skirts on for most of the trip and take them off at the Austrian border? The car looks so beautiful with wheelskirts." That just melted my heart
