looks very do-able with that charging at work, for all but the nastiest cold spells. WELL DONE!

I'm actually using 180 AH cells. I have my EV Display to set the "0-100%" fuel to only use 144AH max, or 80% of my total capacity.

Technically I only used 33% of my total battery capacity, but because I limit myself to act like my batteries are only 144 AH, I used ~40% of my usable battery pack. I know it's all confusing, but I set my EV Display so it's always on the safe side.

I charge at work so no matter what I'm fully charged at the end of the day. Heat would only use ~10 AH more and I will figure out what A/C will do. I am working on getting a full charging station at work so I charge faster. I also need to get some forced air to assist in cooling the charger on these hot days. I need to put some force air exhaust, I had an idea but didn't get around to it because I always was parked in the shade.

I rack up 20K+ miles a year commuting to work, so these are going to add up fast!

Awesome! I am looking forward to seeing your A/C solution working. Are you still planning to use a DC treadmill motor for A/C power?

Yeah, I have one with a pulley welded up to it that I am going to start out with. I'm hoping to run some tests this weekend on it and hope it doesn't fry.
