Thanks. Unfortunately I sold the car last November as some major maintenance items due near, and I just wanted to move on.
I did the lift by just machining some basic lift spacers out of aluminum. A simple puck sits under the rear springs, and a disc gets built into the front strut during assembly. If you search on tdiclub you can probably find the drawings for them.

I loved the lift though! Combined with taller snow or A/T tires I had about a 2" total lift. Plenty to give confidence for ripping down two-tracks or through deep snow. Maybe a 2-4% hit on highway fuel economy, not enough to care when you're still 50+ mpg.
