do you know whats up with the interior quality of all the mid 2000 VWs?

seems like a lot of them deteriorate

Still truckin in my 2003 Jetta TDI. However, like so:





Lifted 1.3", sitting on oversized all terrain tires. Not so good for milage, doh! Pretty fun though.

It's all in the thread here... 2.5" downpipe into 3" high flow cat. stock cat-back pipe but with rear muffler deleted. Plenty of flow capacity, nice subtle sound increase. Has been a durable setup for many years now.

Another thing, instead of mirror swap, since they are swiveling, one could make a motorized mirror swivel, for less air draft

I fold the driver's by hand (easy with electric windows) and deleted the passenger side like Deezler. When it was folded it blocked too much of the view out that side. I put in an interior blind spot mirror and do head checks to the passenger side. Also, I like the smooth look of the mirror delete.

Seems we can get Passat b5 GLX or Seat Leon electric folding miror can fit in a jetta/golf

I can still do it manually but when temp is about -25C outside, i dont open the windows (electric) too much

Thats is a Hot car If you dont mind me asking deezler How did you lift the car an aditional 1.3" I'm interested in lifting mine
