Saudi is running out of oil to export.
As soon as 2030 they could stop exporting oil if production keeps dropping off like it is and their economy keeps growing explosively.
By 2050 they will likely be importing oil.

I'd be surprised if Saudi Arabia exists in 2050. Why would they be importing oil in that year? They don't have enough other industry to produce a cashflow to afford to import oil.

They start selling the gold they have been hoarding, sell natural gas if they haven't flared it all off.
Or they go without.
