Driving on tickover

I've been eco miling or whatever you call it, for over a week now, and I've discovered a few things. Wallace doesn't seem to eager to coast, unless its quite a slope, or I'm only doing 30, as the aero drag and the full time 4x4 is sapping its momentum. In our crowded little island, there is a lot of congestion, and rather than coasting and kill switching, only to restart again almost immediatly, I find I can 'hang back' select 2nd/3rd, and tickle along on tickover, and as the engine would be ticking over anyway,(as its not worth switching it off for about 10 secs), if I was up there in the que. It is quite funny when you see half a radiator grill appear in your offside mirror, and only about 20 yds of room in front to the rest of the que, but if there wasn't so much traffic coming the other way, they certainly would overtake only to brake hard and dive into the space! The world seems to be full of Divs.
Anyway I digress, do I get Karma points for tickling along in this way, or should I switch off and get out and push.?

I think 'wallace ' wins the award for rolling square box!!!!!

OK, you'll have to explain "Divs" I catch enough British TV to get some of the more obvious expressions, but that one's beyond me!

ok, qoute from the 'urban dictionary'

'Div' originates from uk prison slang. The lowest inmates were given the jobs of putting dividers into cardboard boxes. someone given this task was called a divider or 'div'. Now used as an insult for all those who display inane stupidity.
