UPDATE: new air filter, 4 new michelin defender , i receve the 3 leds light i order last week, the front flasher is good, the interior led is good, the problem is the tail light is not working but it does at the rear flasher place

i am trying to have the rear wheel skirt and the nose ready for the smcc economy run but right now i have some rusted screw to replace for my middle belly pan

Here some pictures of the jacked car :
We jacked the car with bricks and 2x6. For the 2 Frontal wheels.

We have also placed 2 jack to securize the position of the car. And bricks behind the wheel to stabilize.

The fabrication of the Belly Pan :

First of all, we began to build the driverside Belly. it is all made of coroplast. We fixed it with screws in the plastic underbumper. Also put our best friend, duct tape to smoothen the belly. Here some picture of the first part of the belly pan :

After, we started the construction of the second part, the passengerside belly pan. Did the same as well, screw it in the bumper, and smoothen with duct tape. Here some pictures :

Lol, all this coroplast was found in ontario, and the only thing we have paid, is the gas to go and to return from.

the michelin defenders are really smooth and produce less noise then my older tire they coast about the same like my very worn out older tire

i am curently building a front bumper nose (pics in about 5 days) and it will be ready for the smcc and i am trying to make it removable for a-b-a test but this is not sure

nose going to stay, or just for smcc?

sounds about like the reviews trickling in on tire rack, smooth, very quiet, very few complaints

Nose shaped Bumper

Aero shaped nose bumber :

After a week of fabrication, the nose is finally done. It is made with coroplast, metal bar for solidifaction, and Gorilla Tape (Respect +). It is almost 2 foot long!
Here are some pictures of the new bumper :

We are also planning to do A-B-A Tests, and tuft testing.

Wow that front bumper looks vicious!

I have read through your whole thread, thank you very much for all your pictures. They will be useful this summer when I have time off from school and do my own aeromods
