More name suggestions needed. My big brother came up with green-wheeler name suggetion, but still not good enough.

Tomorrow I will get first assembly pictures so you can see what I have came up with Now I have first 20 preserie pieces ready for marketing purposes etc...

Also the Tuneko Ltd is finally registered company.

Web pages still not ready. Tuneko history page can be seen at tuneko.com at the moment. Still lot of spelling mistakes I know .

Holes are ofcourse for cooling, but also to easy up the assembly.

Grooves/slots are dimensioned so that it "locks" the hubcap in place. You need about 10 kg of pulling force to remove hubcap in wrong way. If you do it rigth the force is about 2 kg .

The whole cap is measured so that it makes similar round shape that mooneys have.

So in short everything has a purpose and some shapes even many purposes.

I would like to start help selling those in the states also, but someone needs to start his own company/business there. I can assist the manufacturing/tooling etc but the selling needs to be done by someone else...

Do the rims look similar in the states?
Is the 22.5" size the most common?

No good news for those. I will be busy with those Tuneko truck hubcabs for at least couple months. Yes the name for those will most likely be that...

Reason is that there is no money to tooling etc. Custom flat hubcabs milled from smooth sheets of any material abs, pc etc is possible to do.

This is not so good news.
In EU it is difficult to get or expensive, a hubcaps without any venting holes.
Like say, moon caps. I can order them from US, but the postage is more than moon caps themselves
