My lada in the spring :3

note the upper grille blocked off. (and bumper guards, makes parking easier ROFL

i also have a partial block for the rad intake, on the gearbox side so the box heats up better.

i've owned it for almost 25k miles. Not bad for a 300 buck car

Who even needs a pickup?

Mileage has been better, overinflating tyres helped the most in my mpg. Oh, and slowing down a bit. driving 55/88Km/h instead of 60mph/100Km/h cuts a smaller size in the fuel cake

But i am kinda forced to drive slower, the tires are M+S tires for the winter, and the tire will for sure overheat if i drove past 60Mph/100kmh for extended periods of time...

i think that was a partial reason why my tires failed last year

I do the same "slow driving" with the verso, at 90km/h 5.3L/100km, at 100km/h 6.5-7.5L/100km

Also the broken exhaust pipe keeps speed down pretty good, at 100 "BWAAAAA"

yep, Actually slowing down has made the ride more comfy.

And driving 90km/h instead of 100km/h makes only a 6 minute difference, at a trip of 100 kilometres.

That is the beauty of adjustable suspension, raise it up for rougher terrain / speed bumps, then lower it for motorway driving.
