That civic would be a great replacement for my Taurus(whale), but discretionary money is/has been into maintenance and repairs for the old girl lately...

As a side note my best friend back in my youth (late 70's) in Duluth, Mn. was named Sven
My fatbike is insured for about $250 above what my car seems to be worth. Depressing, isn't it?

I am from Minnesota, but somewhat unfortunately my real name's not actually Sven... but Duluth is fun!

I'm debating whether I should sell my car whole, or part it out and make the engine block into a flower planter.

Ooo... that's a triple whammy of high miles, body damage AND rust. I've never seen a rusted 2nd gen before that ad.

That poor Prius looks like it's face caught on fire as it was falling out of the Ugly Tree, and someone put the fire out with an icepick haha

Pry it open and dump a ton of caustic fire foam in their, then let it sit outdoors for a while, and you'll get rust. Still impressive it takes Mexican backroom plastic surgery before it will possibly rust.

Rear brake lines are shot so brakes don't particularly work all that well.

You could probably just drive it and keep applying the emergency brake until the self adjusters do their job and fix it, might need to do it in reverse. Did that to my neighbors car, but they had not used the emergency brake in over a decade and the booster diaphragm crapped out, another $1000 repair.

NEED TO SELL ASAP! 97 Geo Metro 3cyl 5 speed - $1100

Quote:
1997 Geo Metro runs and drives. Great commuter car.

Clean title
New tires
New brakes
New clutch
New spark plugs
New air filter
Interior in decent shape
Awesome MPG
No A/C

Drove this car 80 miles a day for 2 years. Now it's running rough and I don't have time to fix it.
Possible XFI, hard to tell but it doesn't have AC or a passenger mirror
