That is pretty darn cool! I'm getting ready to buy a house this spring and finally leave apartment life behind specifically so I can have shop space for toys like this.

Thanks. The funny thing is, I now rarely use the dyno. I used it a lot for a few months after getting it up and running, but then found I'd done all the test and development that I needed to. It's one of those tools, though, that is indispensable for certain things (eg tuning of ultra light load ignition timing) so I am certain its time will come again.

How was tuning ultra light load ignition timing on that sort of dyno?

Excellent. I was able to put in more timing than I could when doing it on the road simply because I could hold any single load/rpm site for as long as I liked and so tune more accurately.
