It will take some research and a fair amount of work, but it can probably be done. You need to tap into whatever passage is used to oil the transmission components and add an electric oil pump to keep oil going to the transmission bits. You'll also have to come up with some way of turning this pump on and off.
Look for a RV dealer and call them tell them you want to flat tow a car behind an RV but the manual says that the vehicle is non flat-towable and do they have any external transmission pumps to correct this. That way you can find a local place that might have on and you could find out the price.

I myself have done this, most RV Dealers will tell you to start the engine and place the Trans in Neutral in order to tow them.

the only other way to accomplish this would be a pump that turns with the wheels or driveshaft, but honestly that route might take a lot more work than a simply electric pump

"Most," but what did any others say? Basically the same suggestions? I might try a phone call or two to see if the RV dealers near me will be helpful. Hmm!
