Factory air dam on Chevy Metro?

I have a 2000 Chevy Metro, and my Brother has a 1995 Suzuki Swift.
The front bumpers are very different, but both seem to have been manufactured for the mounting of an air dam. There are holes and places to put something like tinnerman nuts, or nut plates along the bottom edge of the bumper.
Has anyone seen a factory front air dam for a Metro or Swift?
Does the mounting places under the bumper exist on all Metros?

Mine also has holes in the horizontal lip underneath, but I've never seen a factory dam on any of the Suzukiclones.
