I think you may be correct on that one.I put a model of a HUMVEE in my small windtunnel and all it showed was turbulence.

FOURWHEELER magazine (Nov. or Dec. issue) reported the H2 has been axed.

a couple other companies are taking the axe to larger rigs (like the Nissan Titan HD)

for those not up to speed on the GM alphanumerics

H1 - military type (that looks more aerodynamic running in reverse)
H2 - huge poser-mobile (usually occupied by one skinny blonde, or a doctor, and maybe one small child)
H3 - smaller, cuter poser-mobile

I watched a round-table discussion ~2 years ago that included the marketing manager of Hummer. To quote her nearly directly: "Nobody needs a Hummer unless you drive through deserts and uncleared mountain passes, which 99.999% of people do not. They're big expensive toys, and people want them so we sell them and give them options."

Fast forward to today and what's this? Nobody wants them? Imagine that.
