Fbook Question, what is this circle?
Just wondering, every user with the little black circle seems to be a scam bot, is that what this symbol means?
I can’t find it mentioned anywhere

A little sour face like that attach to your image can't be good! But I'm not familiar with it. Have you tried a reverse image search through Google Chrome?

I think the image is supposed to be a capital or town hall type of building.
