How frequently is exhaust stainless vs not? From the factory my Insight's exhaust is stainless.

In terms of current market, I have no idea. On 40-year-old cars it's all aftermarket.

In terms of current market, most of the times, it's not stainless yet. Quite expensive.

P your ter skoe. Literally son of peter in slovak based language. I'm 1/2 dupcia polski, piotrski was already taken.

I still don't see the exhaust hardware being stainless since it is usually 3X more expensive. Apparently 10 years is considered typical car life. Admittedly the last new car I seriously looked at is the Golf I own which is now 5 years old. Looked at 3 year old subie with rusted mounting bolts. I can't see going down to any dealership to crawl under one of theirs. That should go over really well. The plating on a non stainless bolt fails after a short series of engine on events.
