Gasoline Gas Heat Heating Invention for Fuel Injectors Injection

This is another system I am working on that I would like to share with you. This is a simple invention I made out of scrap copper. The object is to get more heat off of the manifold to the fuel before it get into the cylinders. I built this out of sheet copper and filled the inside with scrap copper wire to conduct as much heat as I could. It is built out of recycled scrap. What happens is, as you improve the performance you keep your foot off the pedal. You don't need to throttle as much fuel to have the same speed. It's pretty neat and results are immediate.

The more you do to improve the systems the more mpg you will get. Fortunately for us the standard systems in our vehicles are far from perfect, and have a lot of room to be improved on. Once you understand how they work it's pretty simple to improve them. You need to use some tools and you get to use the greatest tool known to man your brain, and a 7/16 inch wrench. lol.

I've heard stuff like this since the 60s. They never work.

Hey my car has a factory manufacturer original factory gas gasoline heat heating heater for heat heater heating the gas gasoline gas fuel gas!

The fuel pump sends fuel up to the fuel pressure regulator which lives inside the intake manifold (hot!) and then dumps excess fuel back through the return line to the tank. Heats the fuel up quite a bit, like in the order of 150F during normal operation @ 100F ambient temp.

Dumping super heated gasoline back into the fuel tank is extremely dangerous. You can easely increase the pressure inside tank to its failure point. Some cars actually employ a fuel cooler on the return line. The 95 neon doesnt. I owned one. Be very careful with this setup.

i think the same benefit and more could be accomplished in a safer way by adding a HAI or trying to maximize an existing HAI. if you can get a HAI as hot as you want, there wouldn't be any benefit of a fuel heater.

Seems like my factory setup works something similar to this. Fuel lines run into the regulator between the fuel rails, which are almost fully enclosed by the intake manifold atop the engine block at the bottom, and the large flat aluminum intake plenum at the top.

There is also a place for hot coolant to pass through the throttle body.

Maybe we should have a sticky to cover all the goofball ideas like heated fuel, "catalysts", magnets, HHO, and acetone.
