Got My ScanGauge

Just got my ScanGauge in the mail today!

It's smaller than the photos of it on the web page were!

Can't wait to hook it up. I will let everyone know if it actually works with my S10 or not!!!

The preliminaries on the ScanGauge working with the Chevy S10 don't look good. Just says "connecting..." forever on it.

Works great on my wife's 2000 Sunfire.

Will have to find out more about this later - sometime when I am not in my driveway in my pajamas in the snow at 10:30 at night....

There's a chance it won't talk to your S10 - too old. I checked the website and if I recall correctly the compatibility chart for '96 and older was pretty short.

OKAY, I'm back. I looked at the list carefully. The '95 S10 is on there, but you're out of luck. The compatability list indicates the 4.3l engine for the S10 is supported - not yours. Tough break.

I guess that means the wife gets to start fine-tuning her technique, though.

My poor ol' truckasaurus is out in the cold, and I reckon you're right there with me. I'm going to start shopping around for a vacuum gauge.
