I didn't notice last time, but these tires are compared in the LRR tire test that TireRack did a while back.

When Round and Black Becomes Lean and Green

They appear to be middle of the pack FE wise with slightly better traction for braking and cornering.

The Michelin Energy Saver A/S seems to be the king of the FE tires atm.

What I don't understand is why they didn't use banana peels. Wouldn't those have a better LRR than orange peels, ?
