Greeting from CA

Hello folks, I have been lurking for awhile and finally signed up. I am a Geo Metro enthusiast, and I convert gasoline cars to electric, which is why I have this screen name. Some of my EV conversions (the Metros) can be seen on the geo metro forum, and on DIY electric car forum, under the same screen name. My latest EV build is almost ready, and I hope to be making some rather bold efficiency claims after I get some more road testing done. Anyway, greetings from CA!

Welcome! As a former EV Metro owner, I have a soft spot for those cars.

Do you have EV Album pages for your builds? Feel free to post links. (Spell out or omit the http portion to get around the link restriction, or wait until you have 5 posts.)

The more oil my car leaks the more I think of an ev conversion, but the learning curve is a bit steep. I'm a busy dude. Looking forward to your future posts.

I don't have an EV Album page, but my builds are in the DIY Electric Car Forum and on the Geo Metro Forum under the same screen name that I have on this site.

It is good to have an introduction thread, since I can't post any pics until I have 5 posts.... I am getting close. I have plenty of pics to post.

You are correct that EV conversions can be a challenge if you are a busy dude. The learning curve can be steep, but it is pretty rewarding if you complete one.
