We didn't have anything I was worried about having stolen but I didn't like the idea of advertising we weren't home. Also - having delivered for UPS - you don't want your house flagged as a thief hazard. Once it is flagged you have to sign for every delivery. For most people that means you have to pick up every delivery at the closest depot because most people are at work when UPS is delivering.

The third-party vendor selling through Walmart's marketplace canceled. However, American Factory Warehouse has it cheaper than even Home Depot, and says they will ship faster. Unfortunately, it refused to accept my credit card on my laptop. I finally gave up and used my phone.
It gave me some endless animation. After five minutes I used my desktop and that went through, but the site just says they will contact me for delivery. I guess they do that themselves.
I ordered some replacement pot handles and they came through quickly, so that is nice.

Is that a legit website? I've been seeing a lot of fakes lately. Often the lowest price of anything ends up being a scam. Haven't been taken yet, but probably a matter of time.
When I don't need things quickly, I just buy from Aliexpress.
...got an open box Ryobi leaf blower from Ebay last night that I'm excited about. Moar tooools!

Check for yourself: https://www.afw.com/axess-4-door-storage-pantry-2
They have multiple stores in Arizona and advertise regularly.

Well it’s a secure site, so that lends credibility. Many scam sites won’t take that cheap and easy measure.

I visited the website for a tiny local district today. I was surprised that it was unsecure. I do not remember the last time that I noticed that.

Direct / drop ship information you have purchased some direct ship products. These products will be shipped directly to the shipping address you provided by third party FedEx / Ups carrier. Updates such as for backorders, tracking etc. will be emailed to you as they are provided by the vendor.

I guess that I am out of their delivery area. Do you think they will let me know when it actually ships and the details?
One of their locations is rated 4.5 stars on Google with 4,500 reviews, although the first one is a one-star rant about the in-store music: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Am...832947!9m1!1b1
How much of that URL was necessary?!

A few months ago I ordered a part online from AutoZone that said it would arrive in a week. However every few days the delivery date kept being pushed back up to about three weeks. So I cancelled the order and got a refund, and then ordered the part directly from my local AutoZone store, abd the part came in and 2 days like that usually do.
I know a few people whose parts orders have been canceled and/or have had their delivery dates extended as well just because of not having as many drivers on the road right now it seems.

I'm seeing a lot more delivery drivers these days. Heck, some girl (looked 16 to me) hopped out of an old white van, slid the door open, and delivered an Amazon package last night.

It's probably more an increase in delivery demand rather than a decrease in drivers.
