Have you had recent orders canceled?

It was my brother's birthday recently and I thought that it would be great if we bought him a new Lazy Boy. The problem is that Mom demanded that it be blue. I found a blue Lazy Boy, but site after site either wouldn't ship, or was out of stock.

I found it on eBay!

Four days later the seller apologized, said that the item was on backorder indefinitely, and refunded my money.

Yesterday I ordered this unfinished pine pantry, which I thought would provide much-needed storage in the kitchen: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B083P58D..._26203570_n_id

It was canceled the same day. Suddenly it wasn't available.

I found this pantry for $116, less than half of the Amazon one!

It is a foot shorter, though, which means that we will put junk on top: https://www.homedepot.com/p/South-Sh...0103/206924639

It became unavailable when I attempted to click the Order button, but maybe someone barely beat me to the last one of this particular mediocre piece of furniture.

It was weird, though.

I ordered it through Amazon for another $22, but it is not supposed to be here for fifteen days.

Have your recent orders gone through?

No, but I had been waiting on an ACDelco spider injector for my 04 Astro on Rock Auto. It would list it as available like once a week so I would add it to my cart, sometimes getting as far as the payment screen, and it would auto remove it and say it's not available.

Ended up going with a rebuilt spider using individual AcDelco components

I have an order for workout equipment from Amazon from March that hasn't shipped and has no estimate. I'll just blame my lack of working out on Amazon, so no harm, no foul.

There's a webcam from Office Depot from April that is back-ordered with no estimate, and I'm in no hurry for people to see me. I'll have to pick up all the junk laying about the office if they finally ship it, and fix my hair every morning.

Windows woke up my PC and rebooted it at 3am. I woke up the sound of a Sawzall.

I really do not like it when my computer wakes up on its own. I have enough problems with that! I also despise it when Microsoft reboots my computer without permission. I know that I have turned off these settings before, so Windows is changing them back.

I just hope that I can get back to sleep! I woke up thinking that I needed to stop the video so that it did not bother my family! Lenovo Nerve Center was running. I always close that. Word and Excel were also on top of my browser. I always run those in one half of my screen and Microsoft always opens programs like this:

Do you see how it says "Run Maximized?!"
So, I needed to close Lenovo Nerve Center, minimize Office and Word [which both told me they had recovered documents, thanks to rebooting independently], and then stop the video while I was groggy and not wearing my glasses.

No I haven't had any orders cancelled. My problem has been orders being delivered too soon. We flew back to Michigan to visit family over the 4th and had 4 orders due to be delivered 2-4 days after we returned. They all arrived early so we had several days with a pile of boxes on the front porch.

I recently had that problem too. Asked a friend to put the garbage can on the curb for us and put the package (computer equipment) inside. Don't think I'd have had issues with theft, but the only thing worse than losing something is knowing I rewarded a crook.
