Thumbs up Hello from Big Dave

Howdy. Stumbled across this AMAZING site while seeing how to get a few more MPG's out of my car.

I drive a Skoda Fabia VRS. It's been tuned to go quickly, but I'd like to be more economical on long motorway runs. My mate has also been frequenting the site and sending me all sorts of links to very interesting bits. Not sure if he's a member yet.

So thanks to everyone so far for all the very interesting information.

D

Ah nuts. Well guess this is the first forum I've been in that lets you use a space in your username.

Welcome to EM! Mayybe you could rename yourself to be "big_dave_uk".

The Fabia is cool. Do you have some pictures? I think the Skoda logo is also cool :

It looks like a combination of a bird and an arrow. Do you know the origin of the logo design?
