My goal is to average 45+ and at least 50+ highway. So far i have caculated my first 2 tanks to average 36.5-37 which seem kind of low. I'll make it short for now. But please feel free to point me in the right direction for improvements. Thank You All!

Since you've got the lean burn engine, the MPGuino is the best solution for you (ScanGauge & equivalent don't accurately report lean burn MPG).
