Hello from NC, 55 buick special

Hello All! I am from Charlotte, NC and hoping I've found a spot on the web to fit in. I love old cars, but am a bit of an enviro-nut. My college research was on biodiesel. Soooo I have a 1955 buick special that I am putting a 6.2 detroit in and a 72 f100 that will get a 5.9 cummins.

Needless to say, not so popular in the old car/hotrod forums.

Very cool! Post pics!

It's your car, you can hack it up however you want. Haters be damned.

I've got a couple classic cars myself, but I don't drive them enough to do a diesel conversion. I still have my first vehicle, a 1968 Chevy C10.

Seems like I'm not the only one who likes Diesel-converted classic cars...
