MaxMAtt;

You seem pretty setup but I thought I'd share how I mounted my PIAA driving lights on the opening on my IMPUL aftermarket bumper.
THe local home building supply company has metal strips that are used in lumber construction to re-enforce to pieces of lumber coming together. about 8 inches long.
They bend with a vice gripe pliers.

I then bought some AMG side grilles from a 2004 C230 (or 320) and did a little custom work to make the grill fit.

mcrews -

That back-view says it all. I got some for a different project, but I didn't get the "quality" of bends you are displaying in your mod.

CarloSW2,
thanks for the props!

well it was my second effort!
I went for the 'sideway W" look so that the ends were 'spring loaded' and kinda gripped the top and the bottom of the opening. I am only using 1 very small bolt and nut to anchor it. Niether side has moved! Those lamps are 110watt extreme white. so they are aimed specificly NOT to blind oncoming drivers. I needed to be able to pivot them up and down also left and right.
again thanks for the kind words!

I like that install.

When I get my hands on a new bumper, I'll think about mounting the LEDs.

Right now I am horrified with the fuel needle! It must be the fault of the catalytic converter - I used to do about 200 miles on half of the tank and now the needle approaches the center of the gauge and I've only done 130 miles !

Do you have 'winter fuel' in POLAND?

I know there is a thread about how the winter formula just destroys the mpg by 15%.
I don't know the sepcifics though.

We have winter diesel. It's a must when temperatures drop below -20C.

I don't think gasoline is any different in winter - I don't think so. Last year I didn't really notice any significant difference in FE.
