Hi I have been on search of a good eco discussion forum and at last found 2. This one and the sister forum ecorenovator. My major discussions would be on ecorenovator, as I'm more into bringing the house I live in to life first as the children are just growing up and they might even be able to understand about the methods and details implemented in the house more right now, which I wish they follow their life long.

When you have a one-poster, whose dead thread is bumped up a month later by another one-poster. And neither of them have anything but the barest content:

Not the greatest way to welcome new people to the forum, give them a break. For a long time I didn't post anything even though I had an account because I felt I never had anything to add to the discussions.

We have had a couple new posters that did not seem to contribute to the discussion, but just posted that one time.

The spammers make five random posts and then...

Perhaps this is part of some long-term plot, but that sounds exhausting.

I think its just that some people, like us, are dedicated. And some aren't.
