Yeah, and it wouldn't matter one tiny bit. The law clearly states the person in back is at fault. They could say what they wanted, but they'd still have to pay. Trust me, if they know your serious about getting a lawyer and making them pay, PLUS your lawyer expenses, PLUS your time for having to deal with it, they'll pay.

I just had my first Extreme Tailgater this morning, they pull in behind me and I have am running posted speed in a construction zone, they flash their lights at me 4 times, I didn't budge, only to pass me, get in front of me and run same speed I did tailgating the vehicle in front of me, just had to SMH

I know, it was great, he got in front of me, then we took the same exit and ran the same speed for 4 miles which was the speed limit...lol

I forgot to mention, I was in *Speedy* (2006 Mariner)

I had a guy get angry and pass me on the left shoulder of the freeway once. Traffic was stopped due to an accident. We didn't move for an hour, but maybe it made the guy feel better that he was 1 car ahead of where he had been.

Of course, I got a ticket immediately afterwards when I made a phone call to update the party that was expecting me at a certain time. It's not talking on the phone that's dangerous, it's looking at it and not the road.
