Hi From Vancouver BC

I am a convert from muscle cars and drag racing, I find ecomodding shares a lot of similar ideas, but is a lot cheaper and a lot more beneficial to everyone living longer. Improving aerodynamics, losing weight (off the car that is), and improving efficiency through upgrades and driving style are critical to both activities, and I look forward to applying what I have learned from racing to this.

I used to always have an SUV or a Cadillac around for a daily driver, but about 4 years ago I picked up a $600 '88 Civic wagon for a winter car, and after driving it for a few months I liked it (and it's savings in gas!) so much I sold off my '95 Fleetwood and haven't looked back. I look forward to contributing what I can and seeing just how many m.p.g. I can wring out of Honda.

I used to be a tuner myself but my vehicle of choice was a California style VW beetle . It's true, lots of stuff from racing can be used for ecomodding. Good to see another Raincouver resident join. (Didn't earn that moniker this summer though did we?)
