Hyundai ecomods an Ioniq hybrid for SEMA 2017: builder claims 80 mpg
They're calling it the "HyperEconiq Ioniq". Okaaaay...
Mods cover a lot of bases including aero (obviously) including ride height, weight reduction, instrumentation, lubrication, exhaust.
Full list of mods (from their press release):

Yeah, no worries about that happening.
Aero add-ons available aftermarket from the builder? Likely not enough demand for that either.

In this image the rear wheel skirt and the spoiler shape, which is counter-intuitive, are easier to see:

It is definitely easier to see that the rear spoiler in the top view is a poor photoshop effort!
Also, what's up with the reflection of the front wheel in the top view? It looks like at first they were going with moon eye type discs, then switched to the fancy air blenders, but forgot to change the reflection.
