I nearly doubled my MPG on my diesel vehicles.

This web site deleted my account that had the information on how to do it. Apparently you people are not ready for a free upgrade.

This time around, ease in gently. It probably looked like spam.

If you watch Recent Posts you can see that first posts with links don't persist.

I don't know if I will post the info again but thanks...

I put a Gadget-man Groove on a Metro once, didn't gain MPG's but it did help the power.

Thanks for trying !
'Almost doubling' IS a pretty extraordinary claim, so I suspect you'd be held to equally extraordinary evidence, as is the custom here at EcoModder.
I remain a student for life, and am not afraid of information.
Perhaps you'll consider re-posting. We have quite a few diesel owners here.

Count me in.

There generally isn't any mechanical doubling of efficiency to be found (especially with diesels), but I imagine that, when combined with aero improvements and changes to driving habits, a doubling of economy is within reach.

The first 25 posts that ask nicely or tell a funny joke, will get the information. It's free but does take about an hour or so to build. So don't take up someones spot if you are not going to try it!

I was able to get up to 60mpg in the ol' N/A Golf with no modifications. I'd love to get 120mpg in it! I'd go pick it up right now (the buyer never put it in his name)!

On the other hand, since I sold it I've cut my diesel expense by 100%. Ya, I'm pretty cheap.
