There are 4. You can find them here:
Ground locations - Insight Central: Honda Insight Forum
And I found that by skimming through this excellent topic at InsightCentral:
Common Topics/FAQ/DIYs/Info Can be found here- ***PLEASE READ THIS FIRST*** - Insight Central: Honda Insight Forum
You can sort out about anything that can go wrong on a first gen Insight by checking that topic!

Did you tighten up the spark plugs? Loose plugs seem common on 1st gens.
They should not be overtightened, maybe that's why they get undertightened?
I had a rough/erratic/non idling Virago which was caused by a loose plug (among other things).
Tightened it up, and Presto! Slightly less disastrous.

Wow you read my mind.lol I check the spark plugs yesterday and all of them were loose. Also it looks like they never had any anti size ever.

I got the Insight registered and titled today. My wonderful State of Idaho charges me $81.25 a year for my car being a Hybrid.
So I did some sales call in the Insight and it seems to me the car doesn't roll like it should? I'm going to check the Toe-In tonight.

After checking the toe in tonight I decided to check the size of the tires........ P185-65 R14 Crap!!!!
Well they are 4.5% taller then the stock P165-65 R14 or 23.5" compared to the stock 22.4" Time to start looking for some tires.

That wouldn't be so much of a problem if you were going to use it more on highway. But the wider tread is not so desirable as it increases the rolling resistance.

The good news is that you can add 4.5% to your mpg as your Insight is now underindicating miles. So it is more economic than it shows.
Slightly smaller tires will make it easier to stay in LB though.

That would be awesome!!! I'm going to have to save up some coin before I get these tires.
I did some more testing today and now I'm at almost a half tank and around 320 miles on this tank. My instant read out is at 64.2 mpg. Most of the driving today was around a 52 mph average. So if my over size tires are 4.5% taller then I should be around 67 mpg? If this is the case I will be absolutely delighted.
