Cute as a bug but it's not a Bug.

Awkward transition at the B-pillar though.

It is curious that this car, like a modern the McLaren the F1 , there was a driver in the middle, and two passenger seats on either side of him.

Thanks - the Wimille is new to me. And it is interesting how center drivers occur in aerodynamic designs - the Pillbug is another example.

So whilst on the drive home yesterday I was over-taken by one of the Volvo Concept Trucks, as we were both driving into traffic I was able to snap a few pics.

The side skirts extending around the drive wheels were the most promimant feature, however I noticed that there was a low lip under the front bumper, and the gap pannels between the cab and trailer were also extended. It also appears that they are testing cameras to perhaps replace mirrors.

Although it is not a good shot of the front it does have a much smoother front to the current FH. The head lamps have also been re-designed and the step / door gap is alot smaller.

MJamson, nice find.

What city were you near?

For the last few days there has been a blue Ford Fusion cruising about Ann Arbor (MI-USA), the lettering on the side says it's an autonomous (driverless) test vehicle. From the A-pillars are these arms with cylindrical shaped sensors on them. The car typically has a person in the driver seat, last time two people sat up front.
