I'd say this for an open wheel optimum.
The suspension looks good, though. If you're thinking the exhaust is that nerf bar, like the Golden Submarine; consider that peashooter abaft the spun aluminum tank.

This isn't primarily about the aerodynamics. Not so much as the politics; Mosler falls into the gap between Preston Tucker and Elon Musk.

Everybody sees the wings, but notice that the diffuser fences manage airflow down to within an inch or two of the road surface.

Most of the downforce comes from the diffuser.
The wings are just there to create vortices that makes them hard to follow through the corners and to keep oncologists busy.
