I always liked this concept. The STELLA Vie is pretty much an enclosed-wheel version of it.

The overall profile is good. Ingress/egress not so much.
I know it needs cabin ventilation, but leaving holes behind the upper coil-over mount seems primitve.
They could use flat composite A-arms as traverse-leaf springs (3D printed airfoils with voids) and make the steering knuckles bio-morphic-ike for small scale streamlining.
