All I could find is a link to the September, 2007, World Solar Challenge, entrant, associated with the 'Sungroper' solar racer, from which HAMMERHEAD is the lineal descendent.
There appears to be no specifications listed for the car.
Some aerodynamic demerits which would have to be associated with the design:
1A) zero leading edge radii at bonnet-to-body main body sides
1B ) zero plan-view nose 'sweep'
2) zero A-Pillar radii
3) extremely-upright, de-raked windscreen
4) little-to-no windscreen header-to-rooftop radius
5) essentially zero plan-view body camber
6) zero beltline camber
7) zero greenhouse camber
8) zero, side elevation, roof-to-backlite 18-degree EBLA transition zone
9) zero backlite-to-B-Pillar intersection radius
10) probability of full flow separation on 10-degree diffuser upsweep
11) zero plan-view aft-body boat-tailing
12) 'catamaran' type wheel fairing inefficiency penalty
13) inordinate 'thickness' of catamaran wheel fairings
14) interference drag of hook-vortices associated with the rooftop 'winglets'

I don't have the materials I'd need to parse out estimated drag penalties for each 'component'. I'll drag that with me Monday.
