Not a car, but directly applicable. This uses a simple curvature on sheet metal that could easily be replicated to fair an automobile's rear wheels with garden edging or similar.
Also note the Jaray-like greenhouse, splitting air sideways at the windscreen much like an automotive front air dam.

Oh, and an Auto Union.

You could probably find one of these...
1982 Pontiac J2000
Stick some rims and a spoiler on it and there ya go.

Here is another, more swanky, shot:

Cavalier hatchback! Doesn't look half bad. Probably exceeds 23 degrees though.

I was poking around on cardesign.ru and found this:
Quote:
Wimille Prototype (1946-1948)
Initiator of the project - the famous French driver Jean Pierre Wimille. Work on the machine he started in 1940, in cooperation enlisted former Bugatti engineers and designer Philippe Charbonneaux...The first prototype was ready in 1946.

The tall cabin/low beltline reminds me of the Volkhart Sagitta:
Also next page over I found this:
Quote:
1954 MV Agusta MV350cc'' Vetturetta'' (company produces exclusively motorcycles and helicopters).
Currently located in the Agusta museum (Museo Agusta), Cascina Costa, Samarate, Italy.

It pre-dates Preston Tucker's 1955 design:

The Russian thread continues to amaze me. On page 141 I found this:
A "time traveler" Photoshop? Not according to Wikipedia
