I *think* I've seen this car before, but I don't think it is in this thread:
1996 Fioravanti Flair - Studios
The 1996 Fioravanti Flair apparently has a Cd of 0.18 - which is very impressive given it does not have a narrower rear wheel track.

The swoosh up at the rear?

Above certain speeds, depressing the brake pedal automaticaly activates the air brakes and only after this are the traditional brakes activated. Braking is more "natural" as a conseguence, especially when slowing, rather than stopping, the car.

I thought that was a Porsche-like Duck-Tail at first.

I'd swear I stood next to that car in the one auto museum or the other, but I can't find the picture to prove it.
Kind of like when I was standing next to a freshly built Porsche Carrera 4-cam engine on an engine stand—with a camera in my hand—and didn't think to take a picture or three.
